Soon he may be spending a lot of time in another big house. Jasinski was found guilty this week of drug possession, and tax evasion, with the latter resulting from[not filing a tax return on his $500,000 winnings from the 2008 show, E! News reports.

The 32-year-old Florida native was arrested in Boston, MA, last October. He had previously pleaded not-guilty to the charges, denying police allegations that he attempted to distribute painkillers to a police affiliate.

Jasinski is now in jail awaiting his final sentencing, which is scheduled to take place in early January. The reality star faces up to $1 million dollars in fines and a maximum of 20 years in prison for the drug charges. In addition, the tax evasion charge carries a misdemeanor charge and a one-year jail sentence.

The ruling makes Jasinski one of the latest in a long-run of reality stars with tax problems, a list including former NFL linebacker and "Dancing with the Stars" contestant Lawrence Taylor, and Survivor champion Richard Hatch.
